According to Zhuangzi, an influential Chinese philosopher stated that "Punishment in the form of physical abuse is the lowest form of discipline." The Philippine National Police Academy is a breeding ground for refined leaders of the Tri-Bureau service. They went through rough seas in the course of their chosen path, battling hazing, maltreatment, and other forms of punishment.

I was convinced to make a difference and make ways to prevent it. Fortunately, with the implementation of the "War against Hazing and Guard against Maltreatment" (WAHGAM) of our beloved Director, cadets had a clear path to a fundamental change in this Prestigious Institution.

"NO TO HAZING"! As we say, we lead people, not hurt them. We make things happen because leadership involves working with your subordinates through success and defeat. We learn from each other's mistakes and improve together for the betterment of the future generation. We are your future leaders! We are your PNPA Cadets, and I am proud to be one!
