
From the first week of work immersion at Quezon City Police District, Batasan Police Station 6 begins a journey of exploration toward different sectors and offices. Under the leadership of Quezon City Police District Director PBGEN NICOLAS D. TORRE III together with the QCPD Batasan Police Station (6) Station Commander PLTCOL MORGAN B. AGUILAR and Deputy Station Commander PMAJ KENNETH C. LEAÑO, we made it possible to gain an understanding of the real function of the station in the area. Introducing the duties and responsibilities through the division of jobs of each office member, including Police Commissioned, Non-Commissioned officers, and Non-uniformed personnel that help them to contribute to daily tasking and compliances.
Afterward, the station personnel reached out to absorb how the real work had been done through documentation of complaints, study reports, surprise checkpoints, and police visibility on roads.
Undergone the second phase of the Cadet Attachment Program, which refers to the Station Immersion, with PMAJ KENNETH LEAÑO, Deputy Station Commander PS-6, QCPD, and Chief Clerk of different Units along with the Cadets about the plans and programs for the Station Immersion of Cadets. Indeed, good communication is the bloodline of every successful organization, the Batasan Police Station PS-6, QCPD is currently the Top Performing Station in Quezon City as it holds the Highest Point Average above 14 Police Stations in Quezon City in their Unit Performance Rating (UPER), together from working at different offices and observing the protocols and rules in area patrol to familiarize the work of Police in the field.
