"PNP Quad and Staff"
The PNP quad staff is a way to solve and prevent crimes through intelligence, operation, investigation, and police-community relation. These are integrated into the work of law enforcers, which is to prevent crimes (through operation), gather information (through intelligence), solve crimes (through investigation), and reach the community (through police-community relations)—on this day, undergoing the Cadet Attachment Program at the QUEZON CITY POLICE DISTRICT BATASAN HILLS Station 6.
We were oriented through conversation with PMAJ KENNETH LEANO, Deputy Station Commander PS-6, QCPD, and Chief Clerk of different units along with the cadets about the plans and programs and familiarization to the quad-staff for the Station Immersion of Cadets. Indeed, good communication is the bloodline of every successful organization, the Batasan Police Station PS-6, QCPD is currently the Top Performing Station in Quezon City as it holds the Highest Point Average above 14 Police Stations in Quezon City in their Unit Performance Rating (UPER). They first explained the duties and responsibilities of each of the members of the office, including Police Commissioned Officers, Non-commissioned officers, and non-uniformed personnel, that help them to contribute to daily tasking and compliance. Afterward, the station personnel let us absorb the "Real McCoy" and how they process complaints, study reports, conduct checkpoints, and patrol in the vicinity. The quad-staff is explained by entailing the four components of it, like proactive intelligence steps, keeping an eye on lawless individuals, using the barangay information network, and other preventive measures. Concerning police-community relations, it mobilizes non-government organizations and Barangay Peacekeeping Action Teams as police force multipliers. With proper information gathering, processing, and utilization of intelligence, all forms of criminality, not only in the jurisdiction of the QUEZON CITY POLICE DISTRICT but in the whole country, can be easily monitored and neutralized by the police..
